About this Event

With funding from the National Institutes of Health, RAND, a private, not-for-profit research organization, is collecting survey data about state maternal initiatives. RAND is using your survey responses help to understand states’ quality improvement efforts and ultimately provide support to continue and expand efforts to improve maternal care and health.

We are now in the field for a second and final round of survey data collection as part of this project. Our second survey is shorter and improved overall.

The town hall meetings aimed to answer your questions and concerns regarding the survey and our research project. We shared some preliminary findings from the first wave of survey and other project data overall.

When?

The town hall meeting took place on April 17, 2024, from 3:00–4:00 p.m. EST.

What?

Town hall meetings are an opportunity to meet with the research team, gain a better understanding of the research project and its objectives, and address questions regarding participation in the survey.

Who?

Directors and other members of state perinatal and maternal quality collaboratives across the country were invited to hear from the research team and ask questions regarding survey participation and the project.

Where?

The town hall meetings were conducted remotely via Zoom.
