Hosted by RAND, this event aimed to identify promising practices to develop the health care workforce in the United States through existing literature and reaching consensus among key stakeholders on the day of the event. RAND will build on prior work to develop a research and policy agenda for developing the health care workforce in the United States based on the proceedings from this summit.
