RAND Experts Available for Interviews at Space Symposium

Leading experts from the RAND Space Enterprise Initiative will participate in the 40th annual Space Symposium in Colorado Springs April 7–10 and are available for onsite interviews. RAND experts can discuss a variety of topics related to space policy and strategy, space operations, space capabilities and resources, and space allies and partners, including the integration of commercial space technologies to bolster U.S. military strength and competition with China in the space domain.

RAND Space Symposium attendees are:

  • Bruce McClintock, senior policy researcher and lead, RAND Space Enterprise Initiative—expertise in military doctrine, strategy, Eurasia security issues, space debris and governance, deterrence and first-mover advantage, engagement with allied and partner space forces, space-traffic management, and cislunar space.
  • Dan Burkhart, deputy lead, RAND Space Enterprise Initiative and senior defense researcher—expertise in joint military doctrine and operations, strategy, deterrence, engagement with allied and partner space forces, impact of space operations in other domains, and homeland defense.
