Interactive Tool for Ranking Digital Evidence Needs

The following tool allows you to see how the priorities of different innovations to improve criminal justice agencies' collection and use of digital evidence change when different weight is given to individual policy goals. The starting point is the rankings developed in the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) digital evidence workshop held in July 2014. Use the slider bars to enter which goals are most important to you, based on your policy preferences (left is lower relative importance, right is higher). The digital evidence needs will be reprioritized to reflect your policy preferences, with highest-ranked needs appearing at the top. To return to the default preferences, reload this page or click the reset button under the sliders.
