Policy Researcher; Professor of Policy Analysis, RAND School of Public Policy
John Hoehn is a policy researcher at RAND and a professor of policy analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. His research areas include defense budgeting, space, and command and control. Prior to joining RAND, Hoehn was a military analyst with the Congressional Research Service with a research focus in command and control, electronic warfare, munitions, and military aviation policies and funding. Hoehn started his career at a national security consulting firm supporting Marine Corps, Air Force, and U.S Government clients.
