Brandon Crosby is a behavioral scientist at RAND whose primary interests are organizational psychology and issues of personnel management, organizational development, and workplace diversity. His research has covered topics such as the experiences of women and people of color in the military, determining staffing needs of various organizations, and the recruitment and retention of talented personnel. Primarily working in RAND Project AIR FORCE and the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center (HSOAC), Crosby has focused on diversity and retention within the Air Force and the Coast Guard. He has also studied personnel issues and has worked to improve Human Capital systems within several DHS agencies. As AI continues to reshape the modern workplace, Brandon is exploring innovative strategies for the federal government and military to harness its full potential, ensuring they capitalize on the transformative capabilities AI offers. Crosby has a B.A. in psychology from Morehouse College, and an M.S. and a Ph.D. in organizational science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
