Sorana Bucseneanu (she/her) is a research assistant at RAND Europe on the Health and Care team. She has particular interests in health services improvement, and the role of evidence, research and innovation in enabling it, in diverse areas such as mental health, women's health, social and behavioral determinants of health, as well as health inequalities. Bucseneanu has a background in research, with experience across academic and nonprofit sectors (e.g. Polygeia, Overcome UK). She has experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as research assistance. She holds an M.Sc. in social cognition from University College London.
