Permission to use the Archives is restricted to qualified scholars at the doctoral, post-doctoral, and faculty level (or equivalent); independent researchers may be granted access at the discretion of the Manager, RAND Corporate Archives, and the Office of Communications and External Affairs. Permission is granted for the applicant alone, and only for the purpose stated in this application. RAND reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access to the RAND Archives or to revoke access previously granted.
